Swindon snapped Bristol City's unbeaten start

Jake Stephens and Jordan Turnbull played the whole match as Swindon Town prevailed over Bristol City in the West Country derby. Michael Smith's goal was the difference between the two sides as Bristol City lose their fist game of the season.

The result took Swindon Town to second place with 32 points from 17 games, four behind Bristol City. Swindon will travel to Peterborough United on Saturday for their next League One game.

In the Scottish Championship, Jake Sinclair came on as a sub in the 61st minute for Hibernian but could not affect the proceedings as the score remained goalless between Hibs and Queen of the South. This result means that both teams stayed where they are in the table, with Hibs trailing Queen of  the South by three points.

Hibernian will travel to Dumbarton for their next Scottish Championship game on Saturday.
