Ramirez's tigers tamed by defending champs
The Uruguayan midfielder started the game on the bench as Hull City showed their determination to claw their way back into the game after falling behind by two goals in the first 11 minutes. Ramirez joined the fray in the 74th minute but could not help his side as they eventually lost 4-2.
Hooiveld helped Norwich to the top
Jos Hooiveld had a great weekend as he completed the whole 90 minutes for Norwich City in their 3-1 win over Championship bottom side, Blackpool. The Canaries went behind after Nathan Delfouneso opened the scoring for the host, but Donervan Daniels then scored an own goal to level the score before Lewis Grabban and Josh Murphy sealed the win that took Norwich to the summit of The Championship.

Polish shot-stopper Artur Boruc kept a clean sheet for Bournemouth in their 2-0 win over Wigan Athletic. Yann Kemorgant and Simon Francis scored the goals for The Cherries, who with the win now sit in 14th place.
Win for defensive duo
Jordan Turnbull and Jack Stephens enjoyed a successful outing as both defenders played the whole game in Swindon Town's 3-0 win at Oakwell against Barnsley. This result extend Swindon's unbeaten run to seven games and took them to third in League One.
