Loan Watch: Swindon duo victorious, Bournemouth lost

Loan Watch is back as we take a look at several Saints players currently on loan elsewhere.

Swindon remained top of League One

Jack Stephens and Jordan Turnbull helped their side kept a clean sheet as Swindon Town defeated Coventry City 3-0. Andy Williams' double in the first half and Jonathan Obika's strike late on secured all three points for the visitors.

Up next for Stephens and Turnbull is Chesterfield at home.

Canaries inflict defeat against league leaders

Artur Boruc and co. succumbed to their first league defeat since September 2014 with a 2-1 loss at home against Norwich City, with new manager Alex Neil in charge. Matt Ritchie gave the host the lead in the 18th minute, but goals from Cameron Jerome and Gary Hooper, one in each half, means Norwich are just a point off the play-offs spot.

Another Southampton loanee, Jos Hooiveld, was not in Norwich's squad. Bournemouth will next travel to Rotherham United, while Norwich host Cardiff City.

And the rest

Jake Sinclair remained on the bench as Hibernian drew 3-3 with Falkirk in The Scottish Championship. His are now third, eight points behind Rangers.

Gaston Ramirez was not in Hull City's squad as The Tigers lost 1-0 at The Hawthorns against West Brom.

Pablo Osvaldo, who had a bust up with teammate Mauro Icardi in last week's game against Juventus, was in the stands as Inter beat Genoa 3-1 in Serie A.
