Southampton continue their Europa League adventure tonight as they take on Danish Superliga champions FC Midtjylland at St. Mary's.

Ronald Koeman's Saints have looked impressive so far on their journey to the fabled lands of European football, following on from their convincing 5-0 aggregate win over Vitesse Arnhem of Holland.

However, Southampton have looked poor of late in domestic football, only accruing a point in the Premier League against Newcastle before being dealt a 3-0 home thrashing by Everton.

Southampton are without the likes of Ryan Bertrand, Jordy Clasie and Fraser Forster as they all recover from injury. But, Koeman will be able to select new loan signing Steven Caulker after he overcame a sinus infection.

Fellow new boy Oriol Romeu, who Saints recently signed from Chelsea for a reported £5million, could be in line to make his full debut for his new club.

FC Midtjylland will have a strong line-up to pick from which will include former Southampton youth prospect and Finnish international Tim Sparv as he makes his return to St. Mary's.
