Ronald Koeman's men will be visiting Vicarage Road: home to the newly-promoted Watford. The Hornets have got off to a positive start to life in the top tier of English football.

Quique Sanchez Fores, Watford's new manager, has seen his side earn two draws in their first two league games: including an unlucky 2-2 draw away to Everton, the team who handily dismantled Southampton last week at St. Mary's.

To the envy of fans of many other clubs, Watford have been very busy in this summmer's transfer window, having already made twelve signings.

Saints were in Europa League action on Thursday against Danish Superliga champions FC Midtjylland and succumbed to a disappointing 1-1 draw at St. Mary's. Koeman will be hoping his team can get back on the winning trail today.

Southampton are still missing Fraser Forster, Florin Gardos, Ryan Bertrand and Jordy Clasie through injury. Watford are only missing Joel Ekstrand from their squad.

The last time Southampton visited Vicarage Road, Rickie Lambert fired them to a 0-3 win. Watch below.
