Three contract extensions in the past week, rumors about Koeman's future, and a pretty big game against Crystal Palace on Sunday headline today's Press Conference Roundup!

  • RK laughed when asked about interest from Everton.
  • RK reaffirms his commitment to his current contract, and will speak to the club after the season.
  • RK is pleased with all three (Van Dijk, Forster and Ward-Prowse) contract extensions.
  • RK says he is proud of the team's form in the final stretch of the season.
  • RK expects a tough match from Palace.
  • RK says all his team can do is focus on themselves.
  • RK says his favorite moment of the season was the 2-0 comeback against Liverpool, which saw his side win 3-2. (You already knew that)
  • RK calls for more technology, such as replay, in football because there are far too many mistakes from officials.

And that does it for the press conference.

Folks, let's relax a little bit on the possibility of Ronald Koeman leaving us for EVERTON. It's just not feasible.

In other news, Koeman did say that he will sit down with the board and that a contract extension could happen before he leaves for holiday. That is all dependent on what he thinks of the club's future and ambition of course.

Southampton also have a very important match against Crystal Palace this weekend, a weekend that could see Saints finish anywhere from 5th to 8th.
