Southampton will face off against Crystal Palace at St. Mary's in Round 3 of the English Football League Cup.
This is the third successive season Saints have played Palace in the cup.
The record between Saints and the Eagles aren't exactly favourable to the home side, either: Pardew's Palace knocked Southampton out of the FA Cup in the last two seasons.
It's safe to say new Southampton coach Claude Puel will wish to stop that rut in progressing to the fourth round of the competition.
While dates haven't been confirmed, Southampton are set to host Palace on the week commencing from 19th September.
