COMPETITION - win an Art of Football print featuring Shane Long's goal to send Southampton to the League Cup final!

Long (no pun intended) headline aside, find out how to win below.

Win or lose, Southampton reaching the League Cup final is monumental occasion as Saints fans converge on Wembley Stadium for the first time since their winning effort in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in 2010.

In a repeat of the 1976 FA Cup final, Southampton take on Jose Mourinho's Manchester United on Sunday, but to get there Saints had to overcome Liverpool over two legs to reach the final stage of the competition.

Saints were unlucky to only win 1-0 in the home leg, before resolutely defending their lead at Anfield and kill off the tie with an injury time Shane Long goal in front of the adoring Southampton fans who, quite frankly, lost their shit.

To commemorate this occasion and Long's fantastic goal to emphatically send Saints on their way to Wembley, St. Mary's Musings is teaming up with Art of Football (Facebook / Twitter) for a competition.

The prize? It's the choice between a t-shirt or print featuring Long's goal which sent the Saints marching onto Wembley.

To enter the competition, all you have to do is simply like St. Mary's Musings on Facebook (link here), and share our Facebook competition post linking to this article.

Competition closes at 2pm BST and the winner will then be selected at random and their details will be then sent on to Art of Football for delivery.

Good luck!
