Southampton’s FA Cup quarter-final showdown against Wigan Athletic has been confirmed to take place at the DW Stadium on Sunday 18th March with a kick-off time of 13:30pm.
The match is set to be broadcast live by the BBC.
Saints have been given an allocation of 4,600 tickets for the big away trip and those tickets are sensibly priced for a cup game in the latter stages of the competition.
Adult prices are set at £25, over-65s at £15, under-18s at £10, and £5 for under-11s.
League One Wigan are this season’s cup giant killers, reaching this stage following a shock 1-0 win over Premier League leaders Manchester City thanks to a Will Grigg goal.
The Latics also beat AFC Bournemouth and West Ham in the third and fourth rounds of the cup.
Southampton will seek to be the first Premier League team not felled by former Portsmouth boss Paul Cook’s Wigan. Mauricio Pellegrino’s men reached this stage after beating Fulham, Watford and then West Brom in the last round of matches.
