Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl says key defenders Maya Yoshida and Jannik Vestergaard are set to miss out against West Ham.
The news was reported by Ben Dinnery, an injury analyst.
The pair were missing in last week’s draw against AFC Bournemouth. Unfortunately that back four of Ryan Bertrand, Jack Stephens, Jan Bednarek and Yan Valery shipped three goals.
Michael Obafemi also remains sidelined with his hamstring injury.
However, midfield duo Mario Lemina and Stuart Armstrong are both available for Hasenhuttl.
Armstrong picked up a knock against Watford last week and was a fitness doubt for Bournemouth’s visit, but did feature as a substitute.
Meanwhile, Lemina has been struggling with an abdominal injury throughout 2019. It appears the Gabonese international has finally overcome that issue.
Southampton are officially clear of relegation, but will hope to pick up three points at London Stadium Saturday.
Mario Lemina and Stuart Armstrong are options from the start this weekend. Michael Obafemi (hamstring) remains a long-term absentee. #SaintsFC will be without Maya Yoshida and Jannik Vestergaard for the trip to West Ham.
