Southampton striker Charlie Austin has reportedly travelling to the Midlands for transfer talks with West Bromwich Albion.
According to the BBC, Austin is due to arrive in the Midlands later this morning.
Should this transfer materialise, it’s thought that this could free up funds for Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl before the transfer window closes at 5pm today.
It would also mark a comedown for Austin, who reportedly rejected a move to West Brom in July.
West Brom are struggling for firepower after selling Salomon Rondon and Jay Rodriguez this summer.
