Southampton vs. Fulham team news
Southampton are riding a high after securing only their fourth Premier League win of 2021, coming from behind to defeat Crystal Palace 3-1 at St Mary’s on Tuesday.
Fulham, meanwhile, has their relegation from the top of the English football period confirmed on Monday when they were beat by Burnley.
Other than long-term injury absentees like Oriol Romeu and Will Smallbone, Saints manager Ralph Hasenhuttl only has one new selection headache.
Defender Jan Bednarek is a doubt to feature on Saturday afternoon after he picked up an ankle injury against Palace earlier in the week.
Another confirmed absentee is Ryan Bertrand, who confirmed he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
As for Fulham, Scott Parker will have no new injury concerns to affect his team selection.
Tom Cairney is still out, but former Saint Harrison Reed could feature against the club he grew up at after recovering from an ankle injury.
