Southampton goalkeeper Angus Gunn could be set to leave the club according to the Press Association.
Recently promoted to the Premier League, Norwich City appears to be Gunn’s destination. The transfer fee is reportedly in the region of £5.5million, which could rise up close to £10million. Transfer and personal negotiations are ongoing.
Gunn fell down the pecking order of Southampton goalkeepers behind Fraser Forster and Alex McCarthy, and was loaned to Stoke City in the Championship for the 2020-21 season.
The son of Canaries legend Bryan, Gunn has played for Norwich before. He was a youth product there and went on to spend the 2017-18 season on loan from Manchester City.
Gunn hasn’t played for Southampton since being the man between the sticks against Leicester City in their 9-0 home drubbing in October, 2019.
The 25-year-old goalkeeper made 30 appearances in all competitions for Southampton since signing from Manchester City in 2018.
