Southampton are set to host Manchester United on Sunday afternoon in front of a packed St Mary’s Stadium.
Saints fans will be buoyed by the recent news that captain James Ward-Prowse signed a new long-term contract to remain at Southampton.
On top of that, manager Ralph Hasenhuttl shared additional good news ahead of the game against United.

There are no fresh injury concerns for Saints, while it was confirmed that Dynel Simeu - a summer signing from Chelsea - has been training with the Southampton first team following the departure of Jannik Vestergaard, who completed his transfer to Leicester City last week.
“So far we have no real big injury problems at the moment,” said Hasenhuttl in his pre-match press conference.
“I am very, very happy that in every position now we have more quality. The squad is much more balanced, and we need everybody.
“It’s always helpful if we have a bigger side and bigger alternatives which is what we have the season.”
